Program:      Field Day Operations and N1MM refresher – Kent Trimble, Bill Gerth, &Mitch Odneal (19:00)

Business Meeting Called to order:    by President Jerry Sill, NN0JS at 20:27 CST

ARES Report:
        Jerry Sill, NN0JS, reporting for Cole County: Field training is scheduled for 14 May from 09:00 to
        12:00 at Binder Lake pavilion.
        Cancer Fund raiser – Successfully supported by the club. Everything went well.

             J.D. Simmons, WA0BER, reporting for district: Activity a little down. New EC in Camden County.

CW Class:
             Kent Trimble/Bill Gerth, W4RK, stated CW classes are going well. No classes this Saturday due to
             field training event. Classes will be held the following Saturday (May 21).

Training Committee:
          No Report.

Field Day:
             Andy Adams, WN0I, reporting: Things going well. Same setup as last year. More info next
             meeting.

Old Business:

             1. 2016-2017 Club Dues are due June 1. Dues are $25 per member. Discounts for multi member
                families.
             2. Meeting locations August 11 and October 13 at St. Mary’s. All others at Sheriff’s Department
New Business:

Announcements:

           1. The Tech Group, which meets the first Tuesday of the month, is always looking for new
              attendees. The next meeting is June 7.
           2. The next monthly luncheon, will be held on May 18 at Oscars at 11:00.
           3. Field training is scheduled for 14 May from 09:00 to 12:00.
           4. Our next club meeting is June 9th at the Sheriff’s Department.
           5. Dayton Hamvention is coming up in May.
           6. The Radio Merit Badge activity at the Cub Scouts Day Camp on April 30 was cancelled due to
              lack of interest by scouts.
